ENEMY - Arsene Lapin

Here's the sheet for 's villain Arsene for the group

Name: Arsène Lapin.

Age: Unknown but seems to be born in the late 19th century.

Race: Formerly human.

Ability: He has no real ability. His only ability appears to be his capacity to escape; and that is a result of his former life as a burglar as well as any physical bonuses achieved due to his form.

Personality: Even if he is a bit eccentric Arsène acts like a gentleman, or a gentlerabbit; he is gentle with ladies, polite and never breaks his promises. He is cultivated and appears to know almost everything: law, medicine, mechanics, Latin... he is even a talented conjuror.
He doesn't like to fight, not because he doesn't know how to fight but because of his rabbit way of life. He appears to be a coward although he never refuses a duel.
Even if his plan to take over the world seems to be unrealistic and stupid, he is in fact quite intelligent. He never appears without a clear plan and numerous plotted means of escape. He is also a skilled inventor, he has, in fact; already managed to build a flying fortress and an army of mechanical rabbits.
He also seems to have relations in the Underworld which provides him with funds for his actions; he is often seen with a woman which appears to be some demonic goat but we lack of information on her at this point in time.

History : Before becoming what he is now Arsène was in actuality famous burglar during the 1890's.
His father was a teacher of Savate (french boxing) and his mother was born of a noble family. When his father died, his mother was rejected by her family and both her and Arsène lived in poverty.
In order to survive, Arsène started to steal and found that he enjoyed it immensely. In due time he started to become more and more daring, sending letters to reveal the scene of his future crime and to create dramatic staging.
In 1905 one of his burglaries failed, Arsene was trying to steal an ancient arcane text; he was almost caught but nobody managed to find him. Arsène and the text vanished.
It appeared that Arsène used the arcane text and were sent to Hell where he formed a contract with some demon.
After several years, Arsène appeared again in early 2011, during festivity of Chinese New Year (funny enough, during the Year of the Rabbit).
