Vladimir OC Reference Sheet

Ahaha, I finally named and colored that OC sketch from earlier! This is my new OC, Vladimir. I just wanted to make a reference sheet in case of anything.
Hm, now that I think about it, what is Vlad supposed to be? Like a half-dragon, half-tyrannosaur reptile thing with no arms, a long whip-like tail, and a long tongue that has a grabbing part at the end? I guess so.

Wow, totally forgot to put a little bit about Vlad. Well, he understands human speech, but really can't talk himself, just roars and growls and such. He may look fierce, but he's really friendly and actually is a bit of a goofball.(love that word. GOOFBALL.)
Anyways, Vlad's height is a bit less than that of a normal tyrannosaurus rex.
He may have no arms, but Vladimir uses his tongue and tail to pick up things, as well as pull on things, touch things, even swing on things, since his tail and tongue are really strong. He will even use his tail as a whip when he needs to fight or defend himself. Of course, if that doesn't work, he still has a mouth full of sharp teeth he can use.
