REQUEST RAFFLE!!

I get a ton of messages from people asking for requests, and it gets overwhelming very quickly.
So this will make it easier for me to deal with requests. Like, MUCH MUCH EASIER.

So here's how it works...

1 Message me saying you want to join.
2 I will add you to a list of people.
3 Every person will have their name written on a piece of paper. Let's call them tickets.
4 At the end of the month (or whenever I do it) I will draw one ticket. This will be recorded and uploaded to Youtube so you know it's legit.
5 Whoever's name gets drawn, gets a free art request.

Rules

On entering
Anyone can enter (though it could be a much more meaningful raffle if you follow me)
You can enter the raffle every month. (Unless you were picked)
Once a new raffle list starts, you must re-enter if you want to be on the list. Names will not be carried over from previous months.
Your name is your "ticket". Therefore, no one will get more tickets than anyone else.
Only tell me the details of your request if your name gets drawn.
If I detect any cheating, you may not enter the raffle again... like, ever.

On being picked
If your name is drawn and you get a free request, you can't enter for another 6 months.
If your name get drawn, please make sure your request follows these guidelines.
If your name is drawn, if I don't hear from you within 7 days after the drawing, I will draw another ticket.

So that means if you made a request, I said yes, but then said I was dropping it, you still might have a chance :3 I hate turning down requests but I just can't deal with so many at once T_T
