It was Friday and your entire grade was taking a school field trip, to the city zoo. You couldn't wait to go! You sat down next to window and a boy sat next to you. Oh great...it was the pervert of the grade, Francis Bonnefoy. You groaned.


"Bonjour, mon ami!" He chirped in your ear. You slapped, leaving a red mark on his face. He rubbed his cheek. "No need to get violent, mon ami!" he scowled. A boy tapped your shoulder over the seat, you looked up and saw a boy blonde hair, purple eyes, one stand of hair sticking out of the front of his head, and round glasses.


"Want to come sit back here?" He tilted his head slightly. You nodded and pushed Francis out of the seat and sat next to the blonde boy. To tell the truth, you had never seen this boy in any of your classes. He smiled. "Sorry about my brother, he can be a bit annoying." He sighed and looked out the window. He was actually kinda cute. He was wearing a red hoodie that read, "Canadian Pride". He must've been Canadian.


"What's your name?" You asked, frowning a bit. He looked back over at you.


"Matthew Williams." Matthew smiled.


"____________ ____________." You replied. "Nice to meet you, Mattie." You giggled. He adjusted his slightly and blushed.


"You too, ____________." He muttered. You smiled.

Once the buses arrived at the zoo, you and Matthew were too excited. apparently, you and him had so much in common! He also had three brothers... sounds fun. Their names were Alfred, Arthur, and of course, Francis. how did he live like this? Jeez... You looked around, not knowing which exhibit to go to first. Matthew poked your arm.


"Can we see the polar bears first?" He asked quietly. You giggled and nodded. His face lit up and he grabbed your arm and lead to you to the polar bear exhibit. Matthew had told you that he absolutely loved polar bears.


"Are you Canadian?" You asked after a while, it had been bugging you for quite some time now. He looked over at you and smiled warmly.


"Oui," He nodded. Canadians know French too, right? "And Alfred is American, Arthur is English, and I think you already know that Francis is French." He chuckled as did you.


"I'm (nationality)." You giggled. You had always loved your nationality. Mattie smiled.


"Cool nationality." He chuckled. He looked back at the penguin exhibit and his face turned red. You gave him a confused look.


"You okay?" He nodded.


"I was thinking..." He started. "Do you wanna know how good a Canadian can kiss?" He asked, looking at you with his large purple eyes. You turned as red as your cherry soda.


"Sure..." You muttered. And with that you felt a soft pair of lips hit yours.
