Keeping Secrets-WIP

I'm getting really excited about this one so I thought I'd post a WIP before I went to bed. I'm done almost nothing, the eye is done... I think lol. I just finished the tail but I think I might work on it some more. The mane still needs to be done, obviously. I had started working on it but couldn't get the shape I wanted.

PLEASE-if you have any tips on lighting/glowing water, give them to me! I've never tried this before so I need some help.
