Hey, this is what my journal would look like if SOPA is put in place. And PIPA, too. Dear lord, why all the acronyms? :grump:
Please please please put a journal like this up, because it shows exactly what would happen were these idiotic laws in place.

Also, a nugget of information from irishhighlander:
Mr. Berners-Lee and other computer scientists made a policy back at the launch of the www (and therefore the internet as we know and love it) not to profit finacially from it. He's on record as saying that thre should be "connectivity with no strings attached" and that "Threats to the Internet, such as companies or governments that interfere with or snoop on Internet traffic, compromise basic human network rights." I'm not sure of his stance on SOPA/PIPA. But it seems to me, that the philosophy of freedom of information across the globe is compromised my SOPA/PIPA and other such measures in other countries.

I will point out that Tim Berners-Lee is a British man. :dummy:
