Modifies portrait and Regular outfit.

This is a very simple mod which reverses the flag tatooed on Guile’s right arm. There are two reasons for this:

-As a homage to the times when videogames used mirrored sprites everywhere.
-US flag regulations indicate that when displaying the US flag the stars shall be in the place of highest honor, which is usually top left. In the particular case of the side of vehicles or uniforms the place of honor is the one corresponding to the front of the vehicle or person (i.e. the one closer to Guile’s chest, not back).

This mod modifies Guile’s portrait and his Regular outfit in the ten colors available. If you like the idea, you are welcome to do the same for his other outfits yourself.

To install the mod:
-Remember to make proper backup copies of the files you’re going to replace.
-Put the ten “col” files in the folder
“resource->battle->chara->GUL”
replacing the original ones.
-Put the “sel_GUL” file in the folder
“resource->ui->chara_select->chara”
replacing the original one.
