This is the Engkantada Aluyanna, the head Babaylan of the church of Bathala which is based at the "Engkantadan Theocracy of Lorieska"

A half T-ao(Human) and Engkantada breed, Aluyanna, unlike any other of her kind, has an eye of a human, but has an ear of an Engkantada making her somewhat unique to the Engkantadan populace. She was sent to a Baylanic school in an early age and by the age of 16 became a full fledged Babaylan.

When the Tagalonn Republic invaded the three southern kingdoms of Southern Tagalonia (Kavay-ite, lagurr, and Batan) the Lorieskan holy army sent a group of Babaylan to aid the invading Tagalonn armies as healers of the wounded. One of such Babaylan is Aluyanna.

She also was sent to help the Tagalonn's as a Babaylan healer in the invasion of Palaw and Zambaon.

After years of service for the holy Lorieskan army, she became a popular celebrity upon the Engkantan populace and also in the Tagalonn ranks. Many good deeds and successful joint invasion later, the Lorieskan people hailed Aluyanna as the next Head Babaylan of the church of Bathala, making her one of the top leaders of her respected nation. She is also the head representative of the Holy Lorieskan lands at the Kanlurana Union.

Long story short, she is an importanrt character.
