crazy unicorn to the knee

One fine day, whilst taking a long walk to solitude from markarth. Van, or maybe some really good khajiit name, gets attacked by some random skyrim critter... that seems to impale its horn in the knee of its intended target. and gives one a most disturbing smile... looks like shes about to strangle you in your sleep or something.
