Copyright Violations by Witchdocktor

This is a screen shot showing some of my photos of Aria that DA member witchdocktor (Todd Wood) ripped off. He specifically claimed them as his own and was offering them as prints, as well as submitting them to various DA groups.

DA customer service says they can't take any action because he 'voluntarily' removed them. I believe that's referred to as destroying the evidence? Generally, screen shots are admissible in court, though it's a good idea to have a 3rd party as a witness that can provide a signed affidavit.
