Chapter 7

     You kissed Sebastian back, you weren't able to think straight and your mind felt all fuzzy. Slowly you rested your hands on Sebastian's shoulders, allowing yourself to drown in the kiss and forget any lingering negative thoughts.  After what seemed like an eternity, he pulled away so that you could catch your breath. His red eyes watched you carefully as if to make sure he hasn't broken you. "S-Sebastian… can you do that again?" you ask quietly, your face warming up fast, going a shade of pink. His signature smile crossed his face and he nodded. He reached out and tucked your hair behind your ear much like how Finny had. "I will ___, because I am one hell of a butler, and you are one hell of a girl," Sebastian whispered. His pale lips met yours once more and this time you responded to the kiss automatically, savoring the taste of his lips and the feeling of being close to him.

     "What is going on in here?!" shouted a male voice, sounding more shocked than mad. Quickly you peel yourself away from the butler and turn you head to spot a dirty blonde hair with blue-grey eyes. An unlit cigarette dangled from his mouth, you were surprised he could talk and not have the cigarette fall on the floor. Goggles hung loosely around his neck and he wore a typical chef's outfit, including a long apron. 'This is the chef Mey-rin had called Baldroy' you thought and you quickly looked down so that your hair hid the embarrassed look on your face. Sebastian glared at the idiot for disrupting the two of you and he let out a sigh. "Baldroy, clean up this tea that is all over the floor. We are going to speak with the young master about ___'s living arrangements," he told the man. He looked at you and headed out of the room so that he could lead the way. You climbed off your stool carefully and walked around the counter and you stopped when Baldroy placed a hand on your shoulder. "I'm Baldroy, nice to meet you ___. He isn't the most social, sorry about that. I guess I'll see you around since… Sebastian seems to want you to live in the mansion," said the chef and he winked playfully. He was obviously teasing you which only caused you to blush more. You nod and once he removed his hand from your shoulder, you rushed after Sebastian.

     Ciel sighed, he sat in a big chair behind his desk, his fingers lightly pressed against his temples. "I understand her situation and I would let her stay but you know that Lizzy will never forgive me if we cancel the Valentine's Day Ball we are supposed to be hosting. How are we going to take care of all the preparations with her here? We are already using a lot of money to get supplies for the Ball, now we'd have to go buy her a dress and more clothes since she sold all of her own except her Pet Shop uniform and the outfit she is wearing now. We have enough money to do everything I just said but we'd be using a lot," said the boy. He closed his eyes and shook his head a bit. After a while Ciel finally opened his eyes and looked over in your direction. "Do you know how to dance?" he asked in an exasperated way. Ciel himself only knew how to dance because of Sebastian. You shook your head lightly and fidgeted a bit in the chair across the desk from Ciel, Sebastian had remained standing beside her. "I can teach her how to dance and take you out to buy all she needs and I will be able to get the mansion ready for the Ball," Sebastian said, narrowing his red eyes challenging. Both him and Ciel knew he could do all these things and quickly because he is a demon. The boy eyed the demon warily and finally agreed on letting you live in the mansion. Since Sebastian seemed to be taking full responsibility over you, Ciel knew he wouldn't have to worry about your ruin anything. "Fine, she can even work as a maid like Mey-rin to earn money," he said, knowing the girl needed money along with a place to live, food, and clothes. He sat up right, straightening his back. "You get the rest of the day off to get her settled and clothes. You have today, tomorrow, Sunday, and Monday to teach ___ how to dance since the Valentine 's Day ball is on Tuesday," explained Ciel then he waved his hand with a blue ring on it dismissively.

     Sebastian stepped out of the limo and carefully helped you step out also. He looked around with determination, probably looking for a specific store. Finally he covered your eyes with his hands. "Walk forward, trust me, I'm going to surprise you," he said and you nodded trustingly. You listen as he gives you directions and brings you into a specific store. "I'm going to uncover your eyes so shut them," warned Sebastian. Again you did as you were told, shutting your eyes tightly. You felt his warm gloved hands move away from your face and you wait, wondering what he was up to. "What are you…?" you start when you feel something being placed on your head. Slowly you reach up without opening your eyes and tap the accessory. "Open," said the butler's voice and when you peered into the mirror, you were wearing a head band with cat ears on them. You laugh and cover your mouth when you snort. Sebastian's eye brows shot up at the sound of your snort and a smile spread across his face. This shopping spree would be fun.
