Gondolieri in Venice

A shot taken in Venice, a few years ago. We were on vacation at Lake Garda and took a short trip to Venice. It's a very interesting city, but i have to say I really didn't like the smell and how touristy it was... Well, that's how it is - gorgeous places get taken over by the masses ^^. We probably should have visited off-season. We didn't actually take a ride in a gondola, but thoroughly enjoyed watching to them, some of the gondolieri were even singing .
