Description
3rd piece in the AP Studio Art concentration of 12. The phoenix is referenced in the bible as a bird that rises from the ashes and is, in a sense, immortal.
Used colored pencil on black board, and decided it would be cool to continue the inner-border idea and make some of it break the border. Took 2 nights to do this one, and no reference photo was used. Its probably one of my favorite pieces I have ever done. Like? Dislike? Why?
Also, do you have any ideas for what to put in the background? Does it even need something in the background? Please let me know! Thanks
