Chocolate Mousse Profiterole Cake

The base is mudcake, the centre stabilised chocolate mousse, and the top is stabilised cream. It is in turn decorated with chocolate coated strawberries and chocolate discs.

Hiding inside the mousse are cream-filled profiteroles.
