The Story:

It's basically an alternate universe scenario, where the roles of Simon and Nia are inverted. While Simon was born in Teppelin, a prince and son of the Spiral King, Nia was born in Jiha Village and took a similar role than canon!Simon, as a digger of the vanguard, in charge of creating ways to expand her village, with her blood brother Kamina, in whom she has a crush. Always cheerful to follow Kamina in any plan, the only problem she seems to have is the endemic dirt and has to take care with the many earthquakes that happens underground. But that would change soon.

After escavating an ancient relic of the past, a golden core drill and after a failed attempt to escape the village, she discovers a metallic face. Then an enemy giant robot breaks into the village, threatening to kill everyone. With the help of a surface girl named Yoko, the giant robot is distracted enough to let them go to the face she discovered earlier.

After Yoko told them that thing is a ganman, her pet pigmole suggest her to put the drill on the core. She is concerned at first, but decides to go on, encouraged by her blood brother and the surface girl. After working for the first time, Kamina decides to name it 'Solvernia'.

She has a big trouble fighting the enemy ganman, but after the enemy menaced to kill everyone of her fellow villages, she snaps and the flow of her emotions powered up Solvernia to the point of creating an enormous amount of energy, in which allowed them to defeat the enemy and save the village. Still digging up to the surface, Nia, Kamina and Boota have the first glimpse of the surface, a beautiful sunset where both the sun and moon could be visible sharing the sky.

And now, she will embark on a journey to pierce the heavens!"
