Second one
I've had the username Kurumaki-Kee for six years now. I was 17 years old when I created this account! And it's been a thorn in my eye ever since. For so many lazy aftrenoons I have stared at the name and wondering if I should create a new account. But I didn't want to confuse my very few watchers.
But Finally! I made a small happy dance in front of the computer when I realised that I could change my username with my premium membership. :dance:
Last one
I've uploaded all my Lapland photos. The quality of some of the photos isn't what I expected but it was
Lapland
During the last few weeks I haven't had so much inspiration to photograph because of the terrible weather in the southern Finland. Before Christmas we had a lot of snow, and the landscape was beautiful. But then, just before New Years eve it started to rain and almost all the beautiful snow rained away.
So the landscape wasn't so attractive any more to photograph and I didn't find anything interesting indoors. And since it gets dark so fast in Finland, even in the south, I would need some gear to get the photos OK. And I just wasn't feeling it.
But now I'm on a trip to the Finnish Lapland, close to Rovaniemi. And it is beautiful! Everything
New Year
So, it's a new year and I'm starting off the year with a ton of work. I volunteered to become an international tutor for the exchange students in my school. Next week I'm going to Lapland on an intensive week of international Green Care studies. Then we have a challenge week at school. And lastly, I signed up to join the IMPULS group in school that arrange events for our degree programs.
Seems like a bad year to make new new years resolutions. But I still want to become a good photographer. I really hope that I get some nice photos during my week in Lapland.
I'm halfway through my studies and hopefully I will soon get some time to be a lit
2012 New Years Resolution - How did it go?
1. Take more photos and evolve as a photographer. [X] Done!
2. Take the time to paint more paintings. [ /] Made some testing with new things (painting with chocolate) But no pics on DA :(
3. Take the time to make more jewelry. [-] None
4. Sell some of my works. [-] Nope
So turns out that I only managed to keep one promise :( But hey, that's not so bad :)
Lets see how I've evolved as a photographer!
