Sundance here is the mane character of ~SundanceIndustries's ponyfic "The Wind Beneath My Wings"

It is about Sundance, an earth pony who has always wanted to fly. To fly among the Pegasi and be able to touch the clouds.
As he grew he became an inventor and was able to craft wings of metal that made his wishes come true.
(But now that he has conquered his inability to fly, will he stop there??)
