It's done! 
I kind of love this, especially since it's KASEY (well, of course) and the tack is probably the best I've ever done. I might keep this tack and show outfit for her as well, it looks good. And yes, I did magically grow out Kasey's mane since her last pic. I like it way better long.

I just love the motion and the way you've done the sand spray!
The reins are wonderful with a really nice flow that goes with the movement - likewise, the rider sitting back with the arm out for balance is a great touch. Also I just love that saddle with the metal accents
Only comment would be to put a bit more shape in the underside of the neck. It looks fairly straight at the minute where you may want to taper it to the underside of the jaw a fraction. That said, I don't know what ref you used, if any, so maybe this is actually more correct for the pose - in which case, ignore me
