Look up to the sky

Description

This was a picture taken from where I was standing in the ticket line. All I did was look up with the camera and snap the photo. Just stunning, if you ask me.

If you are kind enough to critique, please answer the following questions:
How can I make this better balanced?
Is the dark border too overwhelming?

I think there is nothing wrong with the balance here. With all the geometric shapes, I like how asymetrical the piece is. It's quite interesting how the window panes form almost a perfect rectangle with the mirrored reflection on the building on the left. I'm not sure if that was your intention, but this stems solely from the angle at which you took the photo so kudos.
If anything, you might be able to improve on composition; the location of the open sky and windows in the piece to sort of balance out the negative and positive space. That will also help deal with the issue of the dark border so that your piece isn't lost in the border. The darkness is effective in emphasizing the light sky, so it doesn't seem too overwhelming. However, it looks like there are also some interesting stone textures wherever you were, so really it's up to you; keep it dark to emphasize sky, or lighten it up to reveal more of the foreground. Personally, I believe it looks good like this
