NaruHina Fanfic Chapter 5

After drinking some tea Hiashi walked back into the room where Naruto and Hinata were to find Hinata laying against the wall and Naruto sitting at the desk in the room.

"Your up." Hiashi said as he sat next to Naruto.

"Yeah, just reading the last scroll."

"Oh, you already mastered the others?" Hiashi asked.

"Yeah I have clones practicing in the back yard. Once they release themselves I should have the jutsu memorized."

"Your very quick Naruto. How about a quick duel?" Hiashi asked.

"A duel?"

"Follow me Naruto." Hiashi said as he left the room.

Naruto stood up and followed Hiashi to a private training field on the Hyuga family grounds.

"Naruto, this is were the Hyuga family trains and learns how to use the Byakugan. This is also the fist place your dad used the flying thunder god jutsu. He told me that he left one kunai some where in this field but I have not been able to find it. If you use the jutsu you should be able to find it but you have to beat me without using the flying thunder god jutsu first." Hiashi said as he took a fighting stance.

"Alright then lets go." Naruto said as he got ready to fight.

Naruto and Hiashi dashed at each other from opposite sides of the field. They both released their chakra just as the reached each other signaling the start of a serious fight.

"Hey Neji, have you seen my dad?" Hanabi asked.

"Not since he woke us up." Neji said as he made pancakes.

"Hanabi, can you go get Hinata?" Neji asked as he made five plates of food.

As Hanabi walked off to get Hinata Naruto walked in followed by Hiashi.

"Welcome back." Neji said as he set the table.

Naruto and Hiashi sat down and began to talk as Neji finished setting every thing up.

"Neji, where are the servants?" Hiashi asked when he noticed Neji made the food.

"I gave them a break. They need their rest for later to night." Neji answered.

"I see. Tonight is a big night." Hiashi said.

"It's Hinata's birthday." Naruto said as Hanabi and Hinata walked in.

"Morning Hinata." Neji, Naruto, and Hiashi said at the same time.

"Good morning everyone." Hinata said as she yawned.

"So Naruto, where is that kunai?" Hiashi asked.

"It's in a hidden room underground. It's filled with jutsu that my mom knew." Naruto said as he stopped eating.

"I see. So that's what your dad was making. Smart lad." Hiashi said as he continued to eat.

"Why did you let my dad make these things here? If you don't mind me asking."

"I lost as bet." Hiashi said as he looked at Naruto.

"What kind of bet?" Hanabi asked.

"I training related bet. He mastered the sealing jutsu of the Uzumaki clan." Hiashi answered.

Naruto just nodded and finished eating as Neji sat down.

"I'll start the dishes." Naruto said as he grabbed his plate and walked over to the sink.

"You don't have to Naruto." Hinata said as she ate.

"It's not a problem. Besides I should do something for all your dad has done for me." Naruto said as he started the dish water.

Minutes later Hinata finished her food but she didn't want Naruto to do all the work so she decided to see i he would let her help him.

"Naruto, do you want any help?" Hinata asked as she ave Naruto her plates.

"No, it's ok Hinata. Besides it's your birthday. You should being doing anything you want to do." Naruto said grabbed the stack of plates Neji was carrying.

"Ok." Hinata said as she walked around Naruto and to the other sink.

"Right now, I want to help you." Hinata said as she started rinsing dishes.

Naruto and Hinata looked at each other from time to time until all the dishes where done. Once they were Naruto grabbed his coat and went into the living room where Hiashi was.

"Is it ok if I take Hinata out for some birthday shopping?" Naruto asked.

"Yes but make sure she is back at four. I don't want her to miss her party." Hiashi answered.

"Great, see you at 3:30 then." Naruto said before he ran off to tell Hinata.

"Naruto we can't go anywhere." Hinata said after Naruto told her.

"Why not?"

"The dance is in less than an hour." Hinata replied.

Naruto looked at the nearest clock to see it was 10:30 and remembered the dance started at 11:00.

"Oh man! I have to go get ready! I'll pick you up here in half an hour." Naruto said as he grabbed his things.

"I'll be waiting." Hinata said as she started fixing her hair.

As Naruto ran out the door he hit the nob with a the teleportation seal his dad made using the seal gloves he just got from the hidden room. After that Naruto ran as fast as he could in order to be able to get ready for his date.

About 25 minutes later Naruto was making sure he had everything.

"Keys, shoes, watch, head band..Ok I got everything. Now back to Hinata's." Naruto said as he took one step forward and appeared in front o her door.

"I love that jutsu." Naruto thought as he knocked on the door.

"Coming." Naruto heard as he stood next to the door.

A few seconds later Hanabi opened the door and let him in.

"Hinata will be right down." Hiashi said as he walked up to Naruto.

Hiashi offered to a seat so he could wait for Hinata. Naruto sat down and talked with Hiashi and Neji while Hanabi went to help her sister.

"Naruto, she's coming down!" Hanabi yelled down the stairs.
