awww, this is so cute!! the girl's hair is so pretty, and her shoes are so detailed!! I wish I'm that good at drawing shoes XD
Hm... a few things though, I think the people would tie in better with the background if you added some shadows round their feet and the ground, and also, maybe its just cause I have really bad eyes, but I feel like the bright sky is a little hard on the eyes, especially with the girls bright hair (I love the hair XD )... I think maybe if you make the changes between the different shades of blue a little more subtle, it would help
