Slow Day at Work

Drawn for the week 41 prompt, Draw A Pony Game. Apparently I misread it, because I could've sworn it was "A pony playing a game." Oh well. Semantics!

Mahogany sat behind the counter at the darkened EPS store, cursing the power outage that had stolen his lights. And the thunderstorm outside pretty well ensured that no customers would darken his door for the time being.

Seeing no other choice, Mahogany dug out the tattered set of cards Nassy had inadvertently left behind one day. He dealt himself a hand of solitaire and played until the end of his shift.
