- Can manipulate and create fire with her hands (small fireballs).
- Can cover herself in fire and is fire resistant to an extent but(see weaknesses)
- Extremely gifted on computers (can figure passwords out in record time and hack almost any school pc)

- Her clothes burn up when she covers herself in flames and she can't breathe while on fire, it also burns up her energy super fast.  She can't create fire for too much and for too long before it starts burning up her energy and she'll pass out. 
- She's not fire resistant inside, meaning she can damage her lungs when she breathes in super heated air/flames.
- She's a weak flyer and has no intention of learning how to use her new wings properly(she started out with smaller sparrow like wings)
- If her hands get wet, she can't create her fire, but she can still manipulate it if she has a lighter/source.

Anne's not one to give up and just take what's coming at her sitting down.  She fights back and tries her best to not die.  When she feels strongly about a subject she won't back down or give much way.  She sometimes likes to put up a fight just for the sake of putting up a fight, i mean come on, she's a redhead, they have no souls.  She enjoys her sarcastic comments sometimes, especially used against an Eraser or whitecoat.  She's friendly to the kids around the camp and likes working with the smaller kids, she likes to greet new kids to the camp and make them feel at home.  She's helpful and would try her best to assist should she be needed.  She's a bit naive and would trust someone blindly if they gave her a sob story.

Anne and Alex were conceived in a lab using the sperm of a male whitecoat doner and the eggs of a female whitecoat who allowed the experiments to be grown in her womb like any other baby.  They grew and developed tiny baby wings along with arms and legs like any other baby would but as the last trimester neared something else developed, Anne's ability to make fire.  This caused their mother quite some problems and she developed a high fever.  She asked for the experiment to be terminated but the head whitecoat at the school at the time refused and ordered the experiment to continue.
It did and the last few weeks were hell for the whitecoat mother, she was eventually placed in a medically induced coma of which she didn't wake.  The experiments were born, first a baby bird boy, burns covering his arms, legs and back, but otherwise perfectly healthy, then 10 minutes later his sister joined, healthy and already giving her handlers problems.
They were placed under the care of a whitecoat called Emily Connery who 'raised' them so to speak in captivity.  She taught them everything the school permitted as well as some extra life lessons here and there, they liked her more than any of the other whitecoats and she became like a mother to them. 
When the twins turned 8, Emily finally decided to free them and escape the school.  She asked her then boyfriend, Ben Parker to join them, without mentioning that the two red haired kids she wanted to escape with were his(he was the doner), but he declined, stating he could help the kids more if he stayed a 'loyal' whitecoat.
So the 3 escaped.  Emily took the kids away and they lived in a cabin in Washington state for the rest of their time together, the cabin was in the woods and they were safe from any threat, there Emily taught them more skills they could need to survive, Alex took a liking to building bombs and using firearms and Anne enjoyed playing around on Emily's laptop and learning to paint.
One day Anne poked too carelessly into the school's business and networks, the twins were 13 at the time, and their laptop was traced, the nearest head quarters of the school showed up without warning and came for the kids.  Emily hid them and tried to distract the Erasers so that Anne and Alex could escape, but as the twins escaped, Emily was killed.  Anne tried turning back for their mother but it was too late, a bomb detonated in the small cabin and it exploded, killing and or injuring the remaining Erasers.  The twins escaped and kept on the run for the rest of their time.
When they were around 15/16 years old they tried to contact their 'father' so to speak and eventually found him, Emily had left his number and a story as to their creation in a letter.  They told him of Emily's death and the man actually cried.  He had climbed the ranks as a whitecoat through the years and had been helping mutants escape from inside, but he felt there was more he could do to help.  Dr Parker decided to help by creating a camp for kids who had escaped and so he asked his son, Alex, to run it along with 4 other, older, mutants he trusted for the task.  And so began their time at Mutant Refuge.

- Her absolute favorite thing in the world is chocolate milk.
- She loves frogs and anything to do with the amphibian creatures.
- She loves bright colours and cartoons and anime.
- Anne is usually oblivious to others feelings towards herself, but enjoys to act the matchmaker between friends.
- She trusts people too easily, and forgives too soon.
- She enjoys bugging her brother.
- Spiders freak her out you have no idea.
