Artistically, I personally appreciate feedback more than anything and I rarely get it. I've come to the conclusion that this is because in order to get, you must give. Although I give critiques from time to time, I don't give them often enough. Therefore, I have devised a plan where I shall write 100 critiques (using the critique feature and the comment feature) by the end of 2012.
