Aluminium for Thunderbird 12

The theme has been updated to TB 12: Quick Filter Button had to be fixed.

This is my interpretation of Gerrit Vanoppen's Aluminium mac theme. This time the skin is for Thunderbird 11.

Some aspects of the theme are inspired by iLeopard Mail theme by REO-2007 [link]

As with Firefox, this theme will work properly only with my Window Blinds themes of Aluminium.
