Bob is talkative and 'hip', has a bit of ego and huge self-confident in her abilities. Though caring of her friends and doesn't doubt to help them, and doing her work. Proud of being a shinigami and what she is. Truly an adrenaline-junky that just love danger and the rushes that comes with it. Something that can make her do rather stupid and risky things.

Also is she a pervert, love both boys and girls, tend to tease all and everyone just because she can. Has a romance vein inside of her, however, she has a hard time believing in such things after being dumped so many times. Might have a bit to do with her personality as well. So considering being a free spirit, living each day as it comes. Easy to tease others, showing much bare skin as well play around a lot with people.

However, how much her personality even flicker and how much her mind seem to be unfocused, is her loyalty to Soul Society and her division are unquestionable. As long it's not about some hot guy or girl, which might distract her a bit… The only thing she have more love and loyalty to than Soul Society, is her children.
As a shinigami and fighter, have Bob her pride, not easily stepping back when been humiliated, showing that hot-headed personality she have. However, she can be rather playful as well; showing a darker and cruel side and smiling cut her enemies to pieces.

Appearance
Tall for a woman, with a well trained body, a smooth and agile muscular built with large breasts, hips and well shaped thighs. Dark brown skin with shoulder long blond hair that freely frames her face and comes in variation of haircuts, with soft golden eyes that is surrounded by some soft eyelashes. Have three small white paws tattooed over her left breast and painted marks of lightning beneath her eyes. As well does she have a tattoo of 13 on her left arm.

Doesn't wear the standard shinigami attire; instead has a white bikini-top with a small black jacket reach just beneath her bust with long sleeves. With that are tight black hot-pants. The lieutenant badge is a part of her jackets back. Have a black headband with Division 9 logo on, with headphones either around her neck or over her ears.  
As well has 2-wheeled air-mechs (mechanic driven inlines) instead of normal shoes many times.

Background
The Life Arc
Bob was born in USA, Chicago, with an Japanese father and American mother. Though she was ten, the family would move to Japan, Chiba, where her father became a director for a factory, making cars. Her name, Bob, was duo her mom wanted to follow her father's wish and name her firstborn after his father, named Bob. Though she don't mind it, as she feels like a Bob. An awesome Bob.

She has always been a rascal, dragging her younger brother with her on pranks and such. Though she and her family would have a hard time duo their heritage and skin colours, and they would often fall for racism like in USA.

However, even having loads of problem with it, her death was no one else to blame then herself. She had sneaked out to take her father's car, wanted to try it out and was able to take her brother with her as she drove through the street.
It ended with that they crashed into another car. Bob died instantly, while her brother survived with horrible wounds and would die a couple of days later.

The Seireitei Arc
Rukongai District - North, 23th.
It was rather confusing time in Rukongai, where she crashed in the districts. Bob is a bit split about her time there, she gained many friends, as well people she would call enemies. There she worked mainly as a waitress in many of the inns in the district, also sang a bit on the side, though mainly a music most didn't like or understood, as her rhymes and beat was a bit out of time.
She had of course heard of shinigamis before, but never took an interest to them. Military and such, she thought it was just plain stupid. However, Bob's thought about it would change, as she encountered a hollow and her best friend Sonoko died protecting her.
She swore that she would become a shinigami, and protect people, so they wouldn't feel the pain like she did. With a spiritual power awakened inside her, and she was accepted to Shino academy.

The Shinigami Arc
Shino academy was a nice place, though most of it was kind of revolving around her meeting with her brother. It was just a couple of months since she joined the school that she met him. First she was speechless, and then happy.
But he had not forgiven her, and wouldn't talk to her, and that was something that would cloud her mind rather much over the years. However, she was able to graduate and become a shinigami, as she had promise.
Bob joined the 9th Division as 20th seated, and when she first met her captain Hanawa Yuki, she thought it was a joke. Yuki was so small, childish, no-boobish. However, that was something that Bob would learn the hard way, that Yuki's size did not matter.
She was a captain, nothing else.

With time, Bob would respect Yuki more and more, and rised in rank to become Yuki's trustworthy lieutenant, though she still makes fun of her captain from time to time.
Though she hasn't forgott about her brother, and still tries to befriend him again, and over the years they would be somewhat friends. Enough so that her brother would let her test out some of the items the S.R.D.I creates, like the air-mechs. And through her brothers captain, Ekitai Aburako, she came in contact with the hollow-bike Bowser and would later join the Hollow Riders as well.

¤ Has a bit of American accent, and often mix in English when she talks and add rap from time to time.
¤ Her nickname, Booby, comes from her fascination of breasts, and she is proud of those honkers she has and like to tease her captain for have like... nothing.

¤ Also member of the Hollow Riders, and ride the hollow mount Bowser.
¤ Got dumped in a wedding ceremony once, hence her distrust to marriage and long-terming relationships.

¤ Have a fobia for thunder and lightning, worse when she was younger, but still lingers in her mind.

Her way of fighting however, is very unorthodox and hard to read as it flicker and change, like her personality. She aren't afraid of trying ideas that pop too her mind, however dangerous it might be, and her way of adapting to her opponent make her an experience close combat fighter, that is her specialization. Using a unique combination of Hakuda; in form of capoeira, boxing and break-dance, is her moves like a dance, able to use versatile and deadly combos and techniques.
However, she aren't the most experience shinigami, and lack a bit on tactics, easy out maneuvered or just brutally overpowered by her opponent as she lack raw strength and endurance.
Kido User - Rather weak, and prefer to prio other abilities before kido. Able to use some lesser for distraction though.
Zanjutsu User - As her kido, rather weak and she rarely use her sword and such techniques.
Hakuda Master - Her lack of kido and zanjutsu is compensated with her incredible and masterful hakuda, with many own created techniques based on break-dance and capoeira.
Hoho Expert - Swift and agile, often compliment as she moves like a monkey, though her shunpo is a bit weak, her other hoho skills is greater.

Zanpakuto Information

Name: Hirameku [Flash of Lightning]
Spirit: A beautiful woman with pale white skin and long white hair that seem to be sparkling of energy and lightning. Her eyes are like a thunderstorm and the clothing are tight and skimpy. Like Bob is Hirameku a woman proud of her body and love to show it, and share that same perverted mind as Bob.
Yet is she a wise and very old power, one of the five elements and hence one of the oldest and most powerful zanpakuto.
Type: Lightning
Appearance: A wakizashi with black handle and white details, and is a black blade with a white center. The tsuba is black with a white lightning as its core.
Inner World
On a grassy field with dark thundering clouds, with heavy thunderstorms booming in the sky. It something static over that world, and many times it feels like you will be struck by lightning any moment, it all just leave a shiver down your spine.

Shikai
Release: Seisei Hirameku [Generate Hirameku]
Appearance: The sword breaks down in a flash (no position of sword is needed), and turns to two gloves, right red and left blue with a lightning mark on the back of the hand.
Ability
Based around using magnetic force, by pushing and pulling with those fields generated from the gloves. Have a couple of abilities, mainly about magnetic, but also thunder capabilities.

Seisei Hiru [Generate Pull]
Loaded from the right glove, and with full force is able to pull an entire truck with ease. Though after using it will take some time to generate new power.

Seisei Oshi [Generate Push]
As Seisei Hiru, but by using the left glove and the generated power to push things away.

Banrai [Heavy Thunder]
By collecting positive and negative energies from her gloves to an orb between her hands, can Bob utilize a powerful thunderbolt to throw at her enemies. It sound is able to deafen people, its light blinding and on impact even able to paralyze great foes in an area.
However, it takes a loading time, and if it breaks she lose the power she putted into it as well it might create a 'bomb' that can harm even her.

Chouonsoku [Supersonic Speed]
A power which will make her body the core of magnetic and lightning, making her gloves rather useless as she can't use them. However, her reflexes, agility and speed increase. Also gives her the ability to deflect/pull metal object to a certain degree.
Though this take a great toll on her body to use it to much, as well drain her reiryoku even faster.

Hayabusa Bowser

The mod-hollow that Bob rides with in the Hollow-Riders.
Type - Mechanical
Element - Lightning [Main], Others [Secondary]
Personality - Perverted, egoistic, easy to be jealous and is rather foul-mouthed. Hate guys, love girls, and often suggest perverted acts and such with any girl he sees. Though it says 'Im more evil then a Espada high on crack', does he have many good sides within him, as he have saved Bob and others a couple of times (suggest a rather.... awkward reward afterwards though...)
Creation - Unlike many other hollow-mounts, is H.B the the first one that is mechanical and made by others. The body is built by Ekitai Aburako, and is design to resemble Bowser (she like games and thought it would suit the personality of the soul she created as well) from an Nintendo-game. The soul is created like a mod-soul, though using a hollow as base, manifesting in a bit devilish bike, able to use certain hollow-abilities and detect it's 'kind' easier than normal.

Biggest problem with H.B was no one was able to ride it, except Aburako. However, as it was done she couldn't care less about it, and it was eventually Butoukai Bob that would be able to controll the devils bike.

Abilities
Bowser possess a couple of abilities, mainly mechanical and lightning based ones.

Transform - H.B is able to fold out arms and legs. Either as just to grab/attack something on the move or actually walk. However, he is incredible clumsy and no good mount at this form, though it can help with certain actions and movements. He can also stretch out its neck, with an length equal to the bikes body.

Lightning Cero - Actually able to fire a cero of lesser power from the mouth, and is like a large lighting-blast. However, as it lack a bit of power, it instead compensate with being able to paralyze and halter lesser enemies.

Flash Speed - Probably one of the fastest, as he is built for speed more then anything else, able to go from point A to B with few that can race him. With able to shift tires and/or make them magnetic, he is able to drive in even harder terrain, though often a bit slower.

EMP - Can send in a small arc from the mouth an EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) to disrupt electronic device for a couple of seconds.

Magnetic Pull/Push - An ability like Bob's own zanpakuto, letting H.B create small magnetic fields to pull/push objects of metal. Though rather weak.

Secondary Elements - Bowser is mechanical, and is there for able to change elements to use, like shifting gear. However, a big such, is that it aint never stronger or more powerfull then his lightning-based element. Such, if he use fire, it grants him lesser abilities, but will never be that strong, never able to bet an fire-based hollow and such.
