Yes, recently some submissions have been declined for not making the "quality cut". Here at RoyallyAppointed (https://www.deviantart.com/royallyappointed) we are all about the FINER things, are we not? Are we not a group featuring ROYALTY? Royalty and power require the top and best of everything.
