Other: Dolly is a true nurturer. She is a warm and kind-hearted mare that values harmony and cooperation. She is very sensative to the feelings of other horses/humans around her. She is very in-tune to the feelings of others and will know if you are upset, happy, angry, etc. There is never a time when she will come back from being out at pasture clean. She packs on dirt like a tart packs on makeup, hence her name. She does not like her face to be touched, wich gives us reason to beleive that she came from an abusive background, or she was attacked by some sort of animal. If you look closely you can see very faint scars across her face in some areas. She prefers to stick around other gentle mares and loves to be around foals. She has amazing ground manners, and will stand perfectly still for you even if she doesnt have a head collar on. She is great for the ferrier but also enjoys being praised for her good behavior through a treat. Her favorites are regular horse treats and banana slices.
