Bio:
Rainbow Blitz was born in the suburbs of Cloudsdale, where he attended Junior Hero Camp. Blessed with superhuman abilities such as flight and weather control, he was able to pass exams and training with literal flying colors. Shortly after graduating he was offered a job in Humanville, which he accepted on the urge of his parents as a way of keeping Humanville safe from the many threats that were beseiging it at the time.
Currently, Rainbow works as the primary weather maintenance person in Humanville, and one of its main protectors against evil. As a superhero he is brash, cocky, and frequently overconfident, and he is also rather mischievous to boot. However, he is also very loyal, and will not choose his ambition over his friends with no matter how tempting and prosperous. His two best allies are Benjamin Flutterby "Butterscotch" Scott and Bobbyswaine DaVinci "Bubble Berry" Baretta.

I noticed there aren't lots of good humanized versions of Rainbow Blitz, the Rule 63 counterpart of Rainbow Dash. So, I made my own.

I'm thinking of starting an ask blog about him soon, assuming I can get all my school stuff out of the way long enough to prepare it.
