Magical Abilities:
Controlling Air Currents (Tactical) – Controlling the currents is used for when he is flying, which is rare, so this is his weakest magical ability. He change the air around him, making it easier for him to fly and guide him. This can also tell him if something is in the way, using his hearing to pick up the change in pressure and such. This can also be used as a defense mechanism, using a certain current to carry something way from him and such.
Gust (Defense) – Gust is the ability to conjure up wind gales, that are condensed down into almost a shield fashion. They careful push back the offending opponent, not truly meant to harm anyone when in use. It is more for his protection and the others around him. Sometimes this attack is in constant motion, considering that he is blind. It moves with him in a sense, creating just enough power to push someone away if needed. This is also considered his strongest magical ability, sense is a more defense base person then anything.
Feather Blades (Attack) – Feather Blades is his only true attack base magical ability. He compresses the wind around a few of his feathers and shoots them at people. The compressed air around the feather is sharp, to the point that it can leave a pretty good size cut if needed. He does not have great control of his yet and is still working on it with Theseus, who is teaching him how to use magic in general.
Talents:
- Heightened Senses – Kasen has an exceptional sense of smell and sound. Touch is slightly iffy, considering his skin was already sensitive before he became blind. He can often hear things that others can't, a reason as to why his ears are constantly in motion. If he chooses to let his guard down, his ears will be down, drooped fashion, and they don't move as much. Smell is pretty amusing, considering he uses this to tell what is around him and such. He can identify flowers like it is nothing and is very good with spices.
- Reading braille – He's blind... I'm pretty sure this would be a given, but not many have this talent, considering being blind is rare-ish. Actually, he has just begun to learn how to read braille and is a bit rusty at time. He would much rather listen to someone read to him, then to actually read.
- Weaving – Over the years, he had picked up the habits of weaving flowers together into crowns, or braiding things together. Sometimes, he can be found braiding flowers into someone's hair, or just braiding them together for fun. He often does this when he is focusing on something, like someone reading to him or talking to him, it distracts him from the fact that he can't read their expressions.
Personality: Being a Meaweet, Kasen is a tad bit soft spoken and not very loud in general. Even when he is giving speeches in a meeting, he is usually one of the softer speakers. One would think, since he is a politician and a politician's son, that he would be louder, more out spoken and speak his mind, when in fact, this is not true. Kas is very quiet in general, keeping to himself and not speaking his mind. He is easily frightened at times, not understanding what is truly going on around him. He is meek, polite, and what one would call childish at time. He is naive when it comes to things not politics and appears over all innocent.

The Meaweet has a gently, loving smile, and a sweet laugh. He is gentle with everyone and is only truly playful and dorky when he is with someone he knows really well. However, as of lately, the young meaweet seems to lash out at times and has a short temper. He tries to keep it in check, usually meaning snide comments or even some sarcasm. If you catch him on a bad day, or if you are a complete stranger and get on his bad side, he can be extremely cynical and bratty. The only time is ever really playful now is when he is around Theseus, tending to be more of a child and relaxed around the faegnor. Some might say, he is a tad bit of a prankster, something he had obtained from his mother and will make funny faces when one is not looking. He loves to know that people are happy, not upset and is a people pleaser.

History:Kasen was born as the son of a noble, or often known as a politician of Volaere. He is the youngest out of two in the Rucci family, but many do not know of his older brother Dyre and where he is today.

Kasen did not go blind though till he was six years old. He had suddenly grown ill with scarlet fever. At first, they had thought it was a just a cold, not sure why the boy was making such a big fuss over being sick with a common house cold. That was till his fever began to rise above normal temperatures and close to the point that one could die. There were many fitful nights where the young Meaweet would toss and turn in his bed, crying out with nightmares and pain. Doctors worked hard to keep him alive, pumping him full of drugs. Over the course of a year, while he was sick, Kas' vision slowly began to deteriorate. Even if one was to ask him today what he remembers, it is not much. He can sometimes remember what his mother looks like, and colors. Now, the Meaweet associates colors with touch, which makes him understand them a bit better then before.

His mother had always loved him, babied him, cared for him, and often made him a tad bit girly. She was on the who got him started on flower crowns and braiding hair. It was something for him to do, instead of sitting in his room all day. She also helped him get around the house, make his life easier with being blind and would often take him out on walks through their gardens. Soon the gardens became his home. He loved the sun, the flowers, the breeze and didn't mind that he could no longer see the colors.

At the age of ten, Kasen had begun learn the ropes of politics once more. His father was determined to make him the son that would once rule the family and help with government decisions. He had hoped that his son would be a fighter, someone to help protect the land and create peace, but that is now not an option. Instead, two had begun to notice their son's use of flowing words and smooth speech.

When he had turned fifteen, his mother and father had found him a personally teacher, Theseus. At first, he wary of the man, not sure what he could do around the man. He didn't have control over his magic, so protection was pointless, but Kasen soon found out that the man was rather nice.

Very nice actually. Just a tad bit too polite and reserved.

Theseus was the first to teach him how to read with braille and to perfect his speeches. He was soon a beautiful speak, going to meeting with his father at times and actually taking part in the meetings. However, Theseus had thought of him more then a student and loved the boy, but Kasen refused to accept love. Saying that it was an unneeded emotion.

Now, at the age of twenty-two, he is an emissary, and much has happened over the last year of his life. Theseus had left, leaving him to his own confusion and disappeared. The boy had no idea what had happened to his friend and teacher. One top of that, his father had begun to grow more abusive toward him, mentally and verbally. The boy had begun to change into a bratty thing, cynical and refusing anyone's help. That was until one day, he came across Theseus and was shocked. His friend was alive and hadn't left he was taken. So Theseus made it his mission to return the meaweet back to his formal self and even though, Kasen as of today is cute, playful, kind those he knows. He can still change just as quickly as the wind and snap.
Extra:
Antlers are amethyst, along with his hooves when in his beast form.
He hates being cold and tries to stay away from Solia at all costs, unless he has plenty of warm clothing.
Kasen's eyes had once been red, till he had gone blind. They are now a milky pink, sometimes holding a more reddish tint.
Playing with his tail had once put him to sleep, but now, if you are to so much as touch it, he seethes up and lashes out. The boy is afraid you will pull it just like his father.
Loves flowers, especially daisies and are his favorite flower.
Happily in love in Theseus and refuses to change that now.
Does not like to be suddenly grabbed or held without warning. Since he can not see what someone is doing, he often thinks the worse and attacks. Sending up a gust of air to propel them away from him.
Hates being a politician and would rather write books, but if Theseus is along side him, that makes everything alright.
Understands love and does not despise it now, and even knows who his brother is.
Dyre Rucci lives in Aquoise and works as a prostitue, apparently a lot of people don't like him. He adores Kasen though and helps the meaweet out when he can.

He looks so good now. And Moana likes Dyre.... minus the first incident, but she was not herself then.

Which reminds me. I want to RP Moana and Kasen again. I feel like they haven't seen each other in a while.
