My Brother, My Hero

Based on a request from, and thus dedicated to

I say “based” because I was already planning a piece like this and the request just happened to drop in. Of course, I was only doing one, but the second and third concepts were good too. This one was supposed to be three separated pieces, but what the hay.

Note that that isn’t the helmet of the Captain of the Canterlot Royal Guard, of course. Shining had to start somewhere.

I call this my "Summer of Shining" series. There's something about Shining Armor and Twilight that I love. I still have two more pieces with Twilight's brother.
