The main thing which helped me was the hair brush...I used it in every angle to give a look of blowing wing and hair...
Its a very simple manipulation...i just was trying to make something with this stock image..so i used it in this way...
The tears i made by my self..

I don't have tablet...so most of thin i do with mouse only...i try my best..
