What do I do?

I was born and live in Lysychansk en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lysychan… , I study in institute and live with my parents.. this is normal for all...

But!
The recent situation in the country ceases to worse: closed and destroyed all the factories and businesses  in my town and region.

As a result's:

• My parents earn in total about $420 a month, which is hardly enough to live;

• I can not even get a job as a janitor or a promoter, because the streets heap previously unemployed;

• I can not marry his beloved girl because we have nowhere to live together;

• I can not get out of the city and the region, because there is no money to buy or rent an apartment in another town;

• To live in my town, so in the future:
- I can only make money, which even hardly be enough for food;
- I can not live happily and have kids

I'm 20 years old...
I study very well...
I am not an artist...
I have no bad habits...
I have a sober look's at life...
I want to live with a beloved girl...
I want kids...

What do I do? Help please!

I need to move to Kiev en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiev , there to live normally.
But I have no way to collect about $ 70,000 to buy an apartment...
It's unreal the amount can not be collected for the entire life of our country the common man.

Than you can help me, although any advice on how I live?

In my city very dirty air and level of formaldehyde in the air more than five times the norm, but the government has not made the promise and does not help people.
I hope you have to understand that living here health deteriorates every day (I have a heart disease) and because I want to get away from here far away, even in another country, but I know that it's not possible... without your help.
