Meet Vinca Sylvestris. [VIN-Ka Sil-VES-tress]

He's a designer from District Four, assigned to be the stylist to District Five's Ame Gater for the First Annual Hunger Games.

Now, he's not happy about this for several reasons. One of them being he feels like it's a waste of his talent and time. But it gets him the publicity he needs for his career, and it pays well.

He changes his appearance and hairstyle almost daily, and never wears the same thing twice, though this is his current outfit during the Games. It was different that morning.

The tattoo on his face and collarbone shifts from his initials to a flower to a fish and back again. Underneath, it hides scarring from his youth when a box jellyfish latched onto his face. he still suffers from the affects of nerve damage at points.

A somewhat cynical but sociable man, he took on the additional responsibilities of being Ame's mentor and advisor as well as stylist. It's Vinca who goes around to form alliances and get sponsors. Because, really. The boy needs all the help he can get.

And no- he's not wearing a tube top. It's a shoulder cut shirt, thank you very much. He's FAR too styling for a tube top, who do you THINK you're talking to.
