Rare skin condition

Okay, This is an old one but I figured I show it since I hardly have anything up right now since I can't get my scanner working.
anyway This is a character from a book I am working on. She has a rare skin condition that few Dragons get. It's not painful or viral or anything, she just has spots and a pail underside. However, Dragons find this skin condition attractive, so she is rather popular. even though she is more of a nerd. Well hope you enjoy.
