Urban Cairo V2

An update to the Urban Cairo Theme. I'm not sure if the icons will be displayed as in this shot, i just changed a few, and if there is any license issue with one of them, i'll remove it from the theme.

If the icons/launchers do not appear as in this shot let me know, and i'll fix it
