A Gift for a Secret

Just a gift I made for someone important and special in my life, but who I'm not at liberty to talk too much about. But that's okay for now.

If you're able to decipher this anyway... well done. I applaud you. No easy task. But for those who can't, it needs to remain a secret for now.
