Superman Blue Wallpaper

The Electric Blue Superman. I used a Cut-Out image I had of Big Blue. Next I added the txt logo & then I used my Lightning brush in Paint Shop Pro to create the background. Finally I topped it off with the large Electric S created my Superman 3D here on DA. Here is a link back to his original work.
