Precious New Lives

Base:

Naomi panted for breath. She felt sore all over. "Where are my babies?" she whispered.

The midwife smiled. "Congratulations, you have two healthy baby boys." she announced.

Naomi felt her eyes fill with tears of joy. "C-Can I hold them?" she asked, sitting up. The midwife nodded and handed her two small bundles wrapped in blankets. One of the boys had the same dark hair as his father Aidan, while the other boy had Naomi's hair. She noticed they both had tiny wolf ears and tails, but she didn't care. They were two precious new lives that she had been waiting to meet for nine months, and finally they were here. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she whispered the most wonderful words a new mother could say:

"Hello there...I'm your mummy."

This is set a few years into the future, and Naomi has just given birth to her and Aidan's twin sons, Liam and Alastar.

(Note: These versions of the twins are NOT related to the sons of Aidan and Tari)
