Aletsch glacier

my first try to put some pictures together (:
This is the biggest glacier in the Alps and it's called Aletschgletscher. His lenght is about 23 kilometers and at the concordia place the ice thickness is 900 meters. It was amazing and overwhelming to see it in real.
I was there with the group of geography of my school. The hiking tour on the glacier itself was stunning. We worn every clothing we had because it was so freezing cold! And we had our lunch on one the medial moraine. (there are two, because 3 glaciers float together)
