They also reside on Oko, same as my Kaku's.
The (haven't decided if fur or feathers yet) on their backs are NOT wings. They 'flair' these when they are trying to intimidate others or when males are showing off for females.
Think of a cat going 'poof' lol
Right shows their tufts relaxed along the body.
They are also masked.
