The Artist

My name is Ricardo "Richo" Mosqueda, I'm a dude (male), Mexican, programmer (Work on java-web pages) and drawing is a hobby. I have been drawing all my life, but let's say I tried to do comics when I was around 14.
The main purpose of Kaztle's account is to draw ecchi, TFs, Hypnosis and suggestive things (And/Or Mix them all), I enjoy more mild themes and provoke the mind rather than draw the full nudity or sex parts. Then again, stuff has happened and this account also has non-ecchi stuff.
But in the end, the purpose is meant to be that, My main "cores" are either commedy and suggestive stuff.

What are "Wave" Journals?

A refer to a wave as an event where I'm up to hear ideas about what to draw in order to CONSIDER drawing them later. This means not all the ideas will be done, through I tend to try to do as many as I can.
Normally I give around a week so people can give their ideas, suggesting is free.
Any limits, restrictions and rules tend to be written in the journals or put a proper link to journals with more details.
Waves are always opened via a journal, but I also try to notify via a small Picture to let people know when I'm open.

Request, Suggestions, and Commissions

Request and Suggestions: Let's leave things clear, I'm not trust able and I don't guarantee I'll draw anything that I'm asked (for free), that's why I would rather use the term "suggestion" rather than "request".
Commissions: As of late 2014/early 2015 I've been taking commissions once a month, general info about commissions can be read here.
Art trades: When I did AT as Mythical-human I tended to have rather disappointing results, I'm too picky, so I think I better avoid any risk.

RULES (Short version)

You ignore my rules, I ignore your comment/request.

0.- Request when a wave is open.
1.- Just give me your idea. (Don't waste my time with useless formalities or asking things that already are answered)
2.- ALWAYS give VISUAL REFERENCE (An image/picture) of the character(s) in your idea/suggestion.
3.- COMMENT in the respective Journal

RULES (Explained version)

I have been active in this account for more than 3 years, and although many people seems to be reasonable, there are a lots of lazy/blind people who decides to break the rules, It's too tiring to answer and explain things to every one of them and they normally break the rules over and over again, so, instead of tire myself with this people, I find it easier to simply ignore them, that's why if you won't take the time to read my rules, I won't take the time to reply to your comment.

0.- I mean, if I say I'm taking suggestions, I'm taking suggestions, if I say suggestions are closed, I'm not taking suggestions, this rule is meant to be like common sense, why ask what I'm already clearing out?!
1.- Pretty much means to not waste my time with formalities, it's easier and faster for both of us if you come and give me your idea, if I like it, I'll accept it, if I don't I'll reply and give some feedback of it.
This rules exist because there are people that comes and asks "Can I suggest/request something?", "Are you taking request/suggestions?", "I have in mind a TF story containing X theme, do you want to hear it?", "Would you like to do...?"
Those questions stresses me out, they pretty much are already answered.
I could have already done it or reject it by the time we finished the conversation.
2.- ALWAYS Give VISUAL REFERENCE (a picture) of the characters involved. I need a reference for colors/shape/hairstyle/eyes/etc. I ask for 1 to 3 Image URLs or item/characters wiki, NOT A GOOGLE/WEB BROWSER IMAGE SEARCH. Also, take in mind that I won't read the wiki, so if there is an important detail about the characters in the request you want me to know, you should tell it in the request.
3.- Every time I'm open for request I do a Journal, Giving your request in this journal will help me to keep track of the comments and ideas, and make things easier to me when looking for something. I accept notes, but you must give a good reason for being requesting through a note.

RESTRICTIONS

Differing with rules, I may reply when a restriction is broken clarifying my point on the matter, whatever I have my limits here.
1.- Be clear: If I don't understand your idea, I can't make it, I'll ask you to be more clear, but if things keep being so confusing, I'll simply ignore you
2.- Keep your suggestions under dA Rules: Pretty much don't ask me to do children (under aged characters) nudity, hate art, racist things, etc. (dA considers character to be underage if his/her average age in the series/movie/whatever is below 18 years old, they also ban child like characters that are ageless immortals)
3.- Wave Limit: There is an amount of ACCEPTED ideas one can have in a wave, normally the limit is 2 ideas per person per WAVE (meaning that the next wave you can have up to 2 considered ideas in the list). I must clarify that if you give a bunch of ideas, I'll only accept the first 2 I like the more, if I liked none of them, you can try to correct the details or give another ideas that may fit in the list (if feedback is given).

TIPS

Tips are vile suggestions that may help you improve your chances of having your idea taken/considered. They are not forceful, you can ignore them, they are only meant to aid or give hints on how to increase your chances of having your idea done.
-Give cute/cool character references
-Avoid using more than 2-3 characters
-Avoid using photos, 3D references or realistic images as references.
-Avoid using slutty references.
-Avoid giving complex references (hard to do outfits)
-Avoid requesting things that I just drew.
-Keep a degree of logic/sense.
-Specify if you want a drawing or a comic (Drawings have more chances to be done since they are faster to do)
*Keep your idea short and neat but understandable and clear.
*Ambiguity is a double edged sword, it can help (giving freedom) or ruin your chances (Not seeing a fitting way to do things)
*If the idea is long, it must be worth the time.

Ambiguity: Not being clear, is vague, not solid.
Idea's length may be tricky, a long idea may be perceived as something too long and boring, and something short may be perceived as ambiguous, just try to give the key elements of what you want and possibly a scenario or 2 of where  or how it happens.

NOTES

1. I'm free to accept or not your ideas, I draw for fun.
2. Naughty bits have a high chance of being censored. (There is a lot of them uncensored in this site anyway.)
3. Males are not forcefully excluded from my likings, but they are less appealing to me so it may be harder from me to accept taking a suggestion using males only.
4. I try to be polite, but your (even involuntary) rudeness may break my patience.
5. If your idea is being rejected you can try to discuss it in a chat with me, just ask for a time and place (chat/skype) to discuss it.
6. Following the rules doesn't guarantee to have your piece done, but I'll reply and try to give a feedback on why I'm not accepting it.
   
7. Giving points WON'T make me accept your request neither work faster. Donating points is meant to support my work.
   
8. Call it Suggestion, idea or request to me you are suggesting something.
9. Be patient, if you start hurrying me or try to force me to pity you, I may end removing your idea from the list.
10. If one of your ideas is done during a wave, it's very likely the second one won't be done. (I refer to this as limit) and is normally used to let others have their chance before I get bored from the current wave)
    
11. If your idea wasn't done in a wave, it MAY be dragged into the next one.
12. Suggestions/Request are FREE, but as you may have noted, unreliable.
13. If you break my rules I won't (will not) block you, just ignore the comment.
14. If you broke a rule, you can suggest it again, just make sure to follow the rules.
15. If you keep breaking the rules I may end up being rude and/or do a comic about it.
    

If you need a free, high quality, fast or other sort of work done... you better look for another artist.

GENERAL THEMES

The following are SOME of the themes I tend to draw, I may draw many more and/or be open to new ideas... but that may not always be true.
Tasteful nudity: The victim ends with no or few clothes on.
Hypnosis/ Mind Control/ Corruption/ Possession/ Bimbofication/ Etc.
Shrinking: The victim is turned small.
Breast Expansion (BE): The victim's breast grow bigger.
Breast Reduction: The victim's are shrunk/stolen/vanished/reduced/sucked.
Immobilize TF: The character normally is turned into a rock, metal like gold, bronce, silver or is frozen (or covered in a hard material)
Dollification: The victim is turned into a doll/mannequin/figurine/etc.
Toon TF: The victim is turned into a cartoon.
Toon/Elastic TFs: The victim is put in situations that flattens or inflate them, it may be forced into the shape of an object or stretched.
Slimes: Normally used to trap a character and melt her clothes.
Genies, Mermaids, Nagas and Harpies: I normally end drawing these creatures and/or transforming a character into one of them.
Cat girls and Bunny girls: I enjoy drawing girls with animal features, mainly cats and rabbits.
Peril: The victim is in a difficult situation where he/she/it may not come alive or is at the villain's will/mercy
Tickles: The victim is normally trapped and being tickled tortured.
Harem Dance/ Belly dancer: It's an outfit, normally wearing revealing clothes, and dancing.
Depowering: The victim is weakened and/or loses his/her powers.

BLOCKED!?

I rarely block people, or try to not to, the only cases I can recall of blocking someone was when I was really annoyed, mainly by a deviant whose ideas where not clear (And I mean, he was talking like "Gwen bubble gum taffy purple balloon"), he kept breaking rules and annoying me even after I warned him.
But I try to be patient and polite, so don't fear to suggest.
