Traps

I uncovered a dastardly plot last night,
A clever scheme, in several parts;
The culprits had written their plans out in full -
It involved the use of a "strap", and also some "tarps".
What could they be planning, those boys from South Sprat,
It looked like they hoped to catch something in traps!
