Rarity standing up on behalf of all things shiny, sparkly and glowy for the week 57.

This is actually a Dasky 3 cross-over, but it didn't turn out at all like I was imagining it. Rarity's righteous hair accessory was meant to be BIG and a core part of the background, but this works too.

I also forgot the magic glow lines around the scroll where she was holding it in the original sketch. D:
