Rules of Use

1—MODEL STOCK RULES!  Model stock go by the same rules as all other stock, but there may be restrictions for certain model stock.  Look on the deviation for specific restriction (or lack thereof) for model stock.

2—CHILD MODEL STOCK!  Child model stock goes by the same rules as all other stock, but as with the model stock, there may be additional restrictions.  NO MATURE/SEXUAL/EROTIC PICTURES!  No child stock may *ever* be a part of these.  Some parents are okay with dark or violent stocks, and that will be noted.

3—Give me credit for the stock you use.  Link back either to my stock account or the specific deviation, whichever you prefer. Optional: You don't have to state what part of the picture you used my stock in, but it would be nice.  C: 

4—(EXCEPT FOR MODEL ART)  DeviantART prints and merchandise (mouse pads, mugs, etc..) of the art that you make are fine to use, so long as the picture you make is significantly changed—not just sepia-toned, or color changed, etc..  If there is a model in the picture that will end up in your end product (this includes any part of the model, from hands to clothing) you must purchase.  

Commercial use outside of dA is allowed for most pictures, so long as the picture is purchased--I am working on offering them as purchasable content.  So long as you purchase the pictures you want to use, you do not have to ask beforehand, but feel free to let me know if you like and show me the final product.  I always like to see what people do with my stock.  : D

5—You may post art that you make with my stock on other websites, so long as normal credit is given.  If you use model stock, you must put my stock account URL on the picture itself.  This is to protect the models.  Make sure the model you use allows use outside of DA.

6—Do not use my model stock to make other stock, please.  You may use model stock to make non-commercial line art for people to color, so long as correct credit is given for the source image.  You may also use non-model stock to make non-commercial stock, again so long as credit is given for whatever picture you use.  C:

7—You do not have to tell me when you use my stock, but I love seeing what you've made and will always look at and favorite your work!

8—If you want to use my stock to practice and experiment with filters and contrast and the like, you may, but you may not make them into prints and merchandise.  Just follow the stock rules, and you're fine.  c:

9  Your artwork MUST conform to DA's rules...no racists/hate/porn/etc..  Make sure you know DA's rules.  C:
