||Skills||
~Chi-Blocking - Usamii was first taught how to pinpoint chi spots by her mother, who was also a Chiblocker. At first it was just used as a self-defense method, to protect Usamii when she was alone and far from someone to help her. Later on when Usamii met Hoji, who she refers to as her older brother, he worked to improve her special ability to benefit the gang he helped run. Now, at age 23, Usamii used her ability for just that. She is the only one in the group, due to the fact that most Chi-blockers joined the Equalists. Usamii was actually given an offer to join the Equalist team, but denied their request, wanting nothing to do with the Equalist group.
~Varma Kalai - A form of martial arts. Generally used when Usamii is performing her Chi-Blocking technique. With her slender and flexible body, Usamii is about to perform this martial art technique with ease, using the movements as her guide and uses her speed to hit her opponent's weak spots, blocking their chi flow for a limited time.
~Sewing - Usamii was taught the basics from her mother who was a seamstress. Her mother basically kept her family afloat with her talent at sewing, she wanted her daughter to carry her technique so eventually taught her the basics of it. Later on, Usamii improved her abilities on her own, later getting a job at a sewing factory when she was old enough. She goes to this job as a day time thing, sewing anything from blankets to clothing, before going to her 'night job' after closing time.
||Personality||
Usamii is mostly quiet, she likes to keep to herself, but still isn't afraid to throw in a punch or two. She usually gives off this cold-hearted feeling, but in fact she isn't cold at all. She quite kind and actually cares about others, she just has a hard time showing due to the environment she was raised in. Because Usamii rarely talks, people often think she's mute but she can talk, she just chooses not to. She will never enter a conversation on her own free will no matter how nosy she may be. She minds her business and only speaks when she has too, which will only be towards her 'big brother', Hoji, really. She will speak to no one else but him. If someone were to ask her something, she will either shake her head for no, or nod for yes. If it's something other than a yes or no question, or something personal she will ignore them and/or walk away, unless it's Hoji.
Usamii was taught to be tough, but there are still some things she is scared or. For one, fire. After an incident at home that involved her father getting extremely mad and using his firebending, it frighten Usamii. She's slowly outgrew it, but she will still freeze every now and again at the sight of someone firebending. Usamii also has a hard time reading, never given the proper education she needed, Usamii never learned how to read or write. Hoji was able to teach her some basic stuff, but she still has problems. The most she can read are picture books, but she tries to stay way from them not wanting anyone to know of her secret.
However, Usamii loves the water. She was always fascinated by her mother's waterbending ability, but it made her sad she was unable to do the same. It never let her stop her from trying to do something, she would often draw to see if she was any good at that. But the talent didn't hit her well. She still very much loves art and is still fond of it, she just has to stay away from a pencil and paper herself. (haha) When she was young she would often draw silly cartoon figures for her mother, mostly were of the Avatar who she really looked up too. Her Grandfather would often tell her stories of the adventures of the avatar he heard from other travelers, which she was always excited by and wished to go on adventures just like the Avatar did. Her grandfather would just laugh and say she belonged at home, helping her parents. Usamii never gave up her dream though. She was always over-imagining things and thought if she really wished hard enough it would happen. But she was a child after all, reality didn't hit her till she went to Republic City to better her parents lives.

It was rather quiet as Usamii started walking down a street, heading to her factory job. She stared up at the sky, watching the birds past by and couldn't help but smile slightly. How she wished to be free like the birds; not having to do this job anymore or be part of that gang anymore. But she couldn't just leave, she owed a lot to Hoji, her big brother. So, she once again carried her emotional expression, letting her thought fly away with the bird. The young, tired woman took one last look at the sky, breathing in the once fresh air, before stepping foot in the crowded factory. Ready to start her day as she always did.
"Usamii, you're late again! Get to work, before I really fire you this time!" The loud, factory owner said to Usamii as she walked to her station. Still holding her cold-expression, she turn to her boss just gazing at him with her cold blue eyes, before nodding and continue to her station. The man felt a shiver run down his spine as the non-bender started him down. He just sighed then as she walked away, "Odd girl..." she murmured and continued his routine walk around the factory.
Usamii sat down at her chair and began her work for the day. Not counting minutes or hours, just continue to sew away until she heard the alarm ring for her to leave; just like she did every time she worked there.
||Additional Info||
~Despite having both bending parents, Usamii ended up being born a non-bender. (This happened because her Mother was a waterbender and her father was a firebender...I thought seeing as how Water and Fire cancel each other out, Usamii would be born as a non-bender because of that reason..)
~Usamii lost her father, who was a fisherman, at the age of 5. He went fishing and just never came back. She doesn't really know if he's alive or dead. But she still believes he will come back one day.
~At the age of seven, Usamii left with her mother, who was slowly becoming ill, to better their lives in Republic City. Unfortunately a year later, she lost her mother and was forced to live on the streets, too depressed to go anywhere else. She tried to find her way back to the Fire Nation to live with her grandparents at one point, but she didn't know the way, and was incredibly shy to ask someone for help.
~Hoji popped into Usamii's life when he saw her wondering around in the streets. Only 20 at the time, he felt sorry for her and took her in. Little did Usamii know, Hoji was in a Bending Gang who terrorized some of the neighborhoods in Republic city. It was small back then, but as time went by it slowly grew.
~A year later after that, Hoji learned of Usamii's Chi-Blocking technique and began to finish her training so she could better-use it, as well as to benefit the gang he was in.
~At the age of 17, Usamii officially joined the gang Hoji had now helped run, using her Chi-blocking technique to assist them when they needed it.
~The Bending Gang Usamii is a part of also runs some secret operations, besides have control of some small parts of Republic City...however, they are slowing leaving that side to make their secret operation a main thing, so the spots they used to control is slowly being dominated by other gangs in the city.
~This secret operation is still unknown to Usamii, nor does she care as long as no deaths are involved she'll stay with Hoji being part of his gang.
