It was an unusually quiet day at Fairy Tail. Maureen Seagate, a new recruit to the guild with the ability to mess up any spells cast by another mage came in. Having talked to Macao, she was told she had potential but needed something to make up for her lack of ability to attack non-mages. He suggested she study swordsmanship with Erza, since Erza was an expert at it. She then went to meet Erza, all excited and happy. Unfortunately, this is what happened when they actually met...
Maureen is an OC of mine in the Fairy Tail world. She is frequently treated as a second-class mage in the guild because of her inexperience. She is friends with Lucy, Lisanna and Juvia.

To be sure, they're all (ahem!) qualified to work there. Awkward meeting between Maureen and Erza there. Now THIS is more like what I wanted from the female cast of Fairy Tail, with your OC Maureen as a lagniappe. Sounds like Maureen has the same kind of luck as Tenchi Muyo's Mihoshi or Galaxy Angel's Millefeuille.
As hot as Michelle is (definitely Hooters material, heh heh!), I'd like to have my beer and my hot wings delivered to my table intact. Great work, and a lovely tribute to what was a humble little place in Clearwater, FL that is now a worldwide franchise.
