This is Team Twisted!, a Rogue team:
Twirla-The Spinda pokemon, who were born with a twisted mind, she talks funny, act like a clown, some call her crazy, she usually wonder around, wasting her life away.
Twister-The Spiritomb, whom got released by Twirla when she wonder around in Creeping Forest, he made her his minion and does mischievous things all around town.
