(Sorry about the delay I've been out of state)

Let me break this up into two segments so I feel I touch on everything.

First up, drawing style. Like always you've done brilliantly in drawing. The shading is simple but enough to get the point across, line work is strong and the detail is amazing. The Sandals look to small and there appears to be a lack of movement anywhere in her upper body while there is movement in her lower. Some movement should be shown since to move your hips back you must move your shoulders at least slightly.

Second, as far as fashion go the gown would be beautiful. There are just a few things I feel would be 'lost' if she were to stand up straight. Starting with the shirt. I believe it would sag and create an odd pouch against her stomach/waist unless she was of a larger chest size or there was less sag. But then that'd take away from the feel. Second the skirt, the appeared width of the skirt makes it seem like it'd look like a full gown as soon as she stood (IE: no slit up the side). The skirt also appears to be extremely long. In the back you already show it crumpling to the ground and she is on her toes. The front looks like it would fall shorter then the back. I do adore the details though. The gold trim and rope accents the brown very nicely and the feather/peacock feather adds a nice flair of green easily tied in with the green bead-thing in the rope.

Overall it is a beautiful piece of artwork but I have to question it's ability to be the same beautiful dress in real life.
