Any thoughts on counting sheep? ---rant caused by insomnia---
As an insomniac, I've tried things like counting sheep or thinking about fields of poppies – or both – and, of course, none ever worked. In fact, counting sheep can be really stressful to some. Thoughts on counting sheep?
A. said that he gets stressed by the fact that he never knows for sure whether he counted the previous sheep or not.
My suggestion was to imagine only one sheep at a time. The first sheep jumps over the fence, bounces out of the frame to make room for the second sheep and so on... (of course, there's the risk of counting the same sheep over and over
